At Oswar Photography, we are committed to providing a professional, artistic, and memorable experience for every client. The following booking policy outlines important details regarding your session, payment terms, cancellations, punctuality, and your rights as a client.

By booking a session with Oswar Photography LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Requirements

To reserve your session date, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Your session will not be considered confirmed until the retainer has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to you.

  • Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • For newborn sessions, we recommend pre-booking during your second trimester to ensure availability.

2. Session Fees

Each session type has a specific package price depending on duration, setting, and included deliverables. Pricing is subject to change and may vary during seasonal promotions.

  • Maternity, Newborn, and Milestone sessions are priced individually.

3. Deposits and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit/retainer is required to secure your session date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the session unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • No-shows will forfeit the full deposit and must rebook with a new retainer.
